Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. To cancel, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone and select TradesPro. Apple handles all billing — we cannot cancel on your behalf.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request directly to Apple.

My data isn't syncing — what should I do?

Make sure you have an active internet connection. The App works offline and syncs when connectivity is restored. If sync problems persist, close and reopen the app. If the issue continues, email us at support@tradespro.store.

How does the AI quote generation work?

Describe the job in plain English — TradesPro sends that description to the AI, which generates a professional, itemized quote. You can edit every line item before sending. The AI uses your pricebook items when available.

How do Stripe payment links work?

When you create an invoice, TradesPro generates a Stripe payment link your customer can tap to pay by card. You will need a Stripe account to receive payments. Stripe handles all payment processing — TradesPro does not store card numbers.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email support@tradespro.store with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

What iOS version is required?

TradesPro requires iOS 17 or later on iPhone.

Is there an Android version?

TradesPro is currently iPhone only. There are no plans for an Android version at this time.
